PITTSFIELD, Mass. (NEWS10) -- Two Pittsfield juveniles were arrested on Wednesday, allegedly possessing heroin, cocaine, and firearms after a brief chase with police. Pittsfield Police say while in the area of Park Street, they saw one juvenile that had been reported missing, in addition to having an outstanding arrest warrant. The juvenile then allegedly entered a car, driven by another juvenile. Police say both of them were known to law enforcement. Police say that after a brief chase, they left the car and fled on foot. TROY, MO. -- Three people are dead after a shooting inside a Lincoln County home. Authorities shared that the case is a double murder suicide. The victims have been identified as Lauren Jennings Foland, 38, and her father Scott Preston Causey, 72. The shooter, Phillip Lee Foland, 56, died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound. He was Lauren's husband and the father of their four children.There is criminal history involving this address. The three adults and four children lived in the home. The events leading up to the shootings are still under investigation by Detectives from the Lincoln County Sheriff's Department and the Lincoln County Coroner's Office.Officers rushed to a home on the 2500 block of Highway W at about 8:15 p.m., after getting a call of shots fired. A 22-year-old man arrested in a series of assaults at Burbank High School has been formally charged, Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascón announced Thursday.Patrick Nazarian of Glendale, who is accused of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl and attacking two other girls at the school on Monday, faces charges of felony sexual battery by restraint and child molesting and battery, the District Attorney's Office said in a news release. Nazarian, a former student at the school, is believed to have entered through a parking lot and an unlocked door, then followed the 14-year-old girl into the restroom, where the alleged assault took place.
